FAQ
How it works:
- You make a FREE parts request.
- After verifying your request, we contact every breaker in our database who may have the parts for your make of motorcycle - we do not charge the suppliers for this.
Why does my request have to be verified?
In order to ensure that the site only forwards genuine parts requests to our suppliers each request is checked to ensure that it is not garbage or a duplicate request. Due to the volume of requests received they are processed in batch once a week.
But I need to send my request now!
We also operate a paid service, and for just 99p you can skip verification and have your request sent out immediately (the logic being that spammers wouldn't waste money paying for junk requests)
How can I pay?
We accept payments through PayPal (which accepts all major cards)
Who are you?
I am a student studying Computer Science. I started this site with the hopes that it would be a useful resource for fellow motorcyclists. Many aspects of the site were inspired or suggested by my friends and peers.
Do you list manufacturer specific breakers?
Every breaker in our database is categorised by popular manufacturers (Honda, Kawasaki, Suzuki and Yamaha) and whether or not they stock motocross or scooter parts as well. This lets us send your request to only
the breakers who we know could stock parts you are after, reducing redundant requests.
Will my details be safe?
Your details will be securely stored in our database. Your contact details will only be passed onto suppliers regarding your parts request -
we strongly disagree with the sharing or selling of contact details we were given in the spirit of trust and confidentiality.
